Each Sunday morning at 8:00 am in the sanctuary we have a short service dedicated to reflective prayer. This service, like our others, is open to anyone who would like to come! We would like to invite to you to come to our prayer service, to make sure that you have a quiet time to reflect on those things that God may be doing in your life. Or if you need a quiet place to pray about whatever is on your heart before worship, the prayer service is your place!
To reach out to our prayer line send an email to: PUMC-Prayerline@att.net.
Please include the following information:
- Your name
- The reason for prayer
- The name(s) of the person(s) who needs prayer.
Serving the Community
We are always looking for people who would like to volunteer within the church. If you have a gift you would like to share with our church community, let us know about it!
We also currently have two ongoing community service projects. A group from our church partners with Solidarity. They currently have two groups that help to tutor at-risk youth in the community. One is a reading group, and the other is one-on-one tutoring sessions. Our other ongoing service opportunity is with an organization called Crittenton. Crittenton works with displaced youth, sheltering them and providing for their basic needs, until they are able to find their families! Our role with the organization is to plan fun activities for the children to do twice a month! If you would like to volunteer with our church in partnership with either of these great organizations please contact the church office at: email@example.com or (71 Four) Five 2 8- One 483.
Each Sunday we have a worship service at 9:30am. We would love to invite you to join with us as we worship God. We have a blended worship service, consisting of both traditional hymns, as well as contemporary praise music!
