Supporting Placentia UMC
An increasingly popular yet simple way of doing some good things for our church and community are two programs which return a rebate to Placentia UMC when you go about your regular shopping, either online or at local businesses. With these programs you spend no more than you otherwise would to shop for the goods and services you and your family need.
Purchase Stater Brothers Scrip cards. The church receives 6% of the value of each card purchased, and yet you get the full amount of the card. For example, when you purchase a $50.00 Scrip card, you can buy $50.00 of groceries, etc, and the church gets$3.00 (6%). Scrip cards come in denominations of $25, $50 and $100.
How to purchase Scrip cards? Contact Elliott Harry via email HeHarry@att.net and he will make arrangements to get your cards to you or contact the church office on 714 528-1483 or via email pumcsecr@gmail.com.
Via Amazon Smile.
